On the night 8th june, returning from Bangkok, my leg was plastered with ten medical plasters, every foot i put down gave so much pain, i was wondering why i was so frail?The previous time i went with Meiyan and the rest, didn't give such problem, just less than a year apart, don't tell me it is old age and i have to admit? haha!
Daughter told me in Bangkok "when you go back to Singapore please exercise", to think that these few months those long hours of sitting and teaching piano, likely to walk less, not to mention exercise, looks like i have no choice but exercise. 03

wah,u "work "so hard n also "walk" VARI hard ya?!!shopping also a form of exercise too..hahaha . must be yr "lou gong" too "kan jiong"abt yr condition n get so many plasters for u,right?did he not hire a cab for various distances?alamak! cannot always take MTR mah..better ask him to buy a foot massager for you.by e way,AUTO or OHSIM is good enough BRANDS lah...so to speak.
to be able to find time to go abroad,mainly to shop with you,is consider very thoughtful enough.i remember those time we spent shopping in HKD,he`s e only guy who follows..n he helps to carry yr bags,waiting patiently outside e shops,tending to e chidren...(e rest of e guys go home sleep LIAO)wow,so
doting of him.thumbs up for a loving husband!!(bottoms fr my heart..though i like to "SUAN" sometimes,u know it isnt me....haha)
What a good idea, if there is foot massage, i could walk more at the next trip to Bangkok, but my hubby has no need for foot massage, this time due to helping me to carry bag, his shoulder and back had been plastered with 7 plasters, should buy massage chair haha! but my husband's plasters were fantastic, 10 pieces plastered, pain was gone in 2 days. Ya, at the same time i recommend, this is no ordinary plaster, my hubby is an expert in plasters, can't get at nearby herbal shops, only at Changi.
What you mentioned brought me to the time i came to Amk church in 1986, one day while standing at the playground nearby in church, discovered a brother playing with a few kids, i have never seen it before, from that time onwards i was deeply attracted to him.....
